Description
As Senior Director, Climate, Xiaolu Zhao is responsible for the strategic design of programs related to climate change initiatives in China, with a specific focus on carbon pricing policies. She’s also responsible for project development and implementation, maintaining relationships with key partners, and communication between domestic and international key stakeholders.
Background
Xiaolu joined EDF in February 2011. She received her MSE in environmental engineering from University of Michigan and her BSE from Beijing Institute of Technology.
