Project Manager, Global Clean Air, U.S. Region
Sam manages projects and campaigns to develop and deploy air pollution monitoring, mapping and analysis at the state and federal levels. He works to mitigate and end harmful pollution from sources like truck-attracting warehouses by creating opportunities to leverage our collective desire for thriving communities, ecosystems and economies.
Earlier at EDF, Sam built and managed resources and projects that encouraged fleets and policymakers to allocate more resources to ensuring a rapid, equitable reduction of climate and air pollution from the medium- and heavy-duty transportation sector.
Prior to joining EDF, Sam managed and worked on a variety of political campaigns, including the Bernie 2020 campaign, where he started the campaign's first environmental constituency program.
