As Senior Manager for Carbon and Energy for the EDF+Business Supply Chain team, Ms. Siciliano leads the design of collaborative partnerships with business to advance corporate clean energy strategies in operations and well as in company supply chains focusing on improving the environmental performance in buildings and industrial facilities and reducing energy-use of consumer products.


Before joining EDF, Ms. Siciliano worked at the U.S. Department of Energy to support domestic and international energy efficiency efforts. Working with government experts from 17 countries, Ms. Siciliano built collaboration on strategies to accelerate implementation of energy efficiency practices in the industrial and commercial sectors worldwide. Before joining the U.S. Department of Energy, Ms. Siciliano worked for three years as a Program Manager at the U.S. non-profit Alliance to Save Energy on programs focused on building capacity of utilities to implement demand –side management programs and increasing public procurement of energy efficient appliance and equipment.

Ms. Siciliano earned a B.A. in Political Science from Butler University (2002) and a M.A. in Energy and Environmental Policy and Economics from the Johns Hopkins University – School of Advanced International Studies (2009).
