Allison leads internal sustainability efforts at EDF, working to advance sustainability initiatives throughout the organization. She manages the development and execution of the organization's overall sustainability strategy; collaborates with office management to develop sustainable environmental, health, and safety strategies for the organization; works cross-functionally to embed sustainability into relevant processes and procedures; works to improve tools for data collection and tracking; monitors KPIs and co-chairs EDF's staff volunteer Sustainability Council.

Background

Allison's career spans multiple different industries including property management, operations management, and healthcare administration. Each industry has taught her a different aspect of sustainability, culminating in her graduate education focused on global human and environmental security. She maintains several key certifications, including LEED Green Associate, Sustainability Excellence Associate (SEA) and WELL AP.
