Rob Stockman serves as a Senior Attorney within the Health Program. Collaborating with the rest of the Health Team, Rob is developing EDF’s legal strategy for strong implementation of the Lautenberg Chemical Safety Act, which amended the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). Rob works to ensure that EPA complies with the law and protects public health.

Background

Prior to arriving at EDF, Rob worked for over eight years at the U.S. Department of Justice in the Appellate Section of the Environment and Natural Resources Division. Rob argued twenty-two appeals before the U.S. Courts of Appeals and was the principal author of thirty briefs. Before working at DOJ, Rob served as a judicial clerk for the honorable Judge Diana Gribbon Motz.
