Description

Peter is an analyst on the U.S. Climate team, where he pushes rapid decarbonization on the state level. He leverages timely research and analysis to advocate for responsible climate policy in his states of interest, while contributing to the knowledge base of EDF’s coalition partners in those states. 

Background

Prior to joining EDF, Peter worked as a Research Associate at the Climate Leadership Council, where he advocated for federal carbon pricing and a border carbon adjustment. His work also encompassed strategies for a just transition, data transparency in assessments of embodied carbon and pathways to encourage climate-smart agriculture.
