Work
As Senior Director and Lead Counsel in EDF’s Energy Program, Natalie oversees EDF’s engagement in regulatory proceedings involving the design of both wholesale and retail natural gas markets. She advocates before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for new and better ways to facilitate renewable energy integration and harmonize the wholesale natural gas and electricity markets. Her work also includes state public utility commission proceedings assessing utility leak-prone pipe replacement projects and long-term gas planning to align with climate objectives.
Background
Prior to joining EDF in 2016, Natalie worked at Duncan, Weinberg, Genzer, and Pembroke, P.C., primarily practicing before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
