Jessica C. Isaacs is EDF’s chief administrative officer, based in New York City. Reporting to Fred Krupp, she is responsible for providing the vision and strategic direction to support the mission, objectives and priorities of EDF. She leads and manages the organization’s key administrative areas including finance, human resources, information technology, legal, and corporate services. As a member of the Executive Team, she works at all levels of the organization. She also works with the Board of Directors and with several committees of the Board including the Audit Committee, Finance Committee, Compensation Committee and Diversity and Inclusion.

Background

Jessica was most recently president of The AJI Group, where her areas of expertise included strategic plan development and implementation, product development, process improvement and risk mitigation. Before AJI, Jessica was managing director and head of international small and medium enterprises at Marsh Inc., a Marsh and McLennan company. Prior to Marsh, Jessica was SVP of international personal and consumer lines, a $3.2 billion revenue business, at American International Group (AIG). She spent 17 years with AIG.

Jessica is a member of the Executive Leadership Council and past Chairman of the Board of Directors. She currently serves on numerous other boards including IMB Development Corp, Code East Technologies, The HistoryMakers, and National Urban Technology.

Education

Jessica studied at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and completed an Executive Program in Strategic Leadership. She also attended John Marshall Law School in Atlanta. She received a B.A. degree in Political Science and Sociology from Spelman College and Georgia State University.
