Ben is a member of EDF’s Legal & Regulatory team in the Climate Program, where he advocates for the environment and public health using litigation and regulatory tools. He focuses on reducing air pollution from electric generation and other sectors.
Background
Ben joined EDF in June 2015, after serving in the General Counsel’s Office at the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority. At the Authority, he supported efforts to advance clean energy research and deployment and provided legal oversight of responses to freedom of information requests.
