New York City, United States | Sept. 20-27, 2026
Households, communities and businesses around the world are facing complex challenges. They’re grappling with rising energy costs, supply chain disruptions and extreme weather — and climate change makes all of this worse.
But it’s not too late to build a brighter future.
A global event, Climate Week NYC brings policymakers, companies, communities, climate experts and other partners together to address climate change. It’s an opportunity to move proven solutions forward — ones that tackle climate change right now while strengthening energy security and economic prosperity, too.
What we’re doing at Climate Week NYC: Environmental Defense Fund will host and participate in events across New York City, partnering with leaders from businesses, governments, civil society and more to confront vital challenges. Our work will build momentum for meaningful progress at the United Nations climate conference, COP31, later in the year.
