EDF’s benefits program includes:

    Our affordable plans offer spouse, domestic partner and dependent coverage.

  • Retirement plans with employer contributions

    We offer a pretax 403(b) plan and post-tax Roth plan to allow employees flexibility in preparing for retirement. We offer an employer contribution based on a set schedule, awarding tenure and job level. We also offer a 457(b) for select eligible employees.

  • Company-paid life & disability insurance

    In addition to group term life insurance, we provide income replacement for short- and long-term disabilities, including pregnancy, illness or injury.

  • Paid holidays

    We offer 11 paid holidays each year.

  • Generous paid time off and parental leave

    We recognize the importance of work life balance. In addition to paid sick time, we offer an unlimited flexible vacation. We also offer eligible caregivers 12 weeks fully paid parental leave within 12 months following the birth or adoption of a child.

  • Adoption reimbursement

    We offer 80% reimbursement of eligible expenses per adoption of a child under the age of 18, not to exceed $3,000.

  • Employee assistance program

    We offer confidential counseling and referral services by licensed social workers who assist with a wide range of behavioral health related issues.

  • Emergency evacuation and travel assistance

    Urgent medical care and crisis management assistance is offered at no cost to employees while traveling domestically or internationally, for EDF business or personal leisure.

  • Tuition and professional development reimbursements

    We encourage professional growth and reimburse eligible expenses up to $3,000 annually.
