We offer a 403(b) plan and EDF contributes 3%, 5%, or 8% based on seniority or career level. A 457(b) plan is also available to eligible employees.

Generous paid time off and parental leave
New employees receive three or four weeks of annual leave depending on career level, and five weeks of annual leave after ten years. In addition to paid sick leave, we offer primary and secondary caregivers eight weeks of parental leave within 12 months following the birth or adoption of a child.
We offer 80% reimbursement of eligible expenses per adoption of a child under the age of 18, not to exceed $3,000.

Emergency evacuation and travel assistance
Urgent medical care and crisis management assistance is offered at no cost to employees while traveling domestically or internationally, for EDF business or personal leisure.

We encourage professional growth and reimburse eligible expenses up to $1,500 annually.
