Description

As a Legal Fellow, Robbie is focused on driving the buildout of electric transmission infrastructure needed to support a clean, reliable and affordable power system. He advocates for federal, regional and state regulations and policies that strengthen regional transmission planning, accelerate clean energy integration and manage the growth of large energy users while protecting customers from unnecessary costs and reliability risks. Robbie supports federal and state regulatory proceedings involving the authority of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, Department of Energy programs and federal and state transmission siting and permitting laws.

Background

Prior to joining EDF, Robbie served as a Regulatory Law Clerk at the Solar Energy Industries Association, where he supported advocacy before regulatory agencies and contributed to federal policy strategies that advance clean energy development. He also served as a Legal Trainee at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
