Kahlida N. Lloyd

As a Senior Attorney at Environmental Defense Fund, Kahlida advances clean, affordable and equitable energy solutions across Louisiana. She represents EDF before the Louisiana Public Service Commission and in regional transmission planning processes, advocating for policies that improve energy affordability, strengthen grid reliability and support a cleaner, more resilient electric system. Drawing on experience in law, local government and community engagement, Kahlida works to ensure energy decisions reflect the needs of all Louisianans, particularly historically underserved communities.
