A relentless optimist, Brian kept the goal of ambitious climate action alive when many were resigned to defeat by offering concrete, real-word solutions. The Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), with its $369 billion investment in clean energy, climate measures and environmental justice, is proof that government can help create a better future for everyone.
