Circuit, including its bipartisan vote today to send the nomination of Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to the full Senate. Our nation needs a fully-staffed D.C. Circuit to ensure the faithful execution of our nation’s vital clean air, water and public health laws for the people of the United States.”
