Description
Nora is a High Meadows Fellow on the Decarbonizing U.S. Power team at EDF. Focused primarily on New York, she supports the development of ambitious state-level climate policies that drive clean and affordable energy solutions nationwide. Her work centers on market-based mechanisms, regulatory strategy and stakeholder engagement to accelerate the clean energy transition across U.S. states.
Background
Prior to joining EDF, Nora earned a B.A. in History with a minor in Environmental Studies from Princeton University, where her independent research examined historical intersections of energy development, social movements, and environmental justice.
