Manager, research and analytics
Hillary Hull is a research analyst for the Climate & Energy program. Specifically, Hillary works to develop analytics and policy for EDF’s state, federal, and international natural gas advocacy efforts. Her work includes emissions inventory compilation, data and economic analytics, technical support for rulemaking and regulation, and policy analysis and development.
