Alex Norbrook

Description
Alex is a High Meadows Fellow on the Decarbonizing U.S. Power team at EDF. Focused primarily on Colorado, California and Washington, he supports the development of strong state-level climate policies that drive clean and affordable energy solutions. His work centers on regulatory and legislative initiatives to accelerate decarbonization and reduce energy costs across the Western United States.
Background
Prior to joining EDF, Alex earned an A.B. in History with minors in Environmental Studies and Journalism from Princeton University. His independent research focused on the intersections of natural resource extraction, colonialism and energy production.
