(NEW YORK – February 27, 2015) The New York Public Service Commission this week released an order approving a policy framework for a reformed retail electric industry as part of its groundbreaking ‘Reforming the Energy Vision’ initiative.

“Environmental Defense Fund is encouraged that environmental concerns are front and center in New York’s bold vision of an energy future,” said Rory Christian, Director, New York Clean Energy. “The state is setting an example of how to address 21st-century energy needs while taking into account the competing demands of the marketplace.”
