Bold plan seeks to save Louisiana's vanishing coastline

The muddy Mississippi River literally built New Orleans and the rich, coastal wetlands of southern Louisiana. But those wetlands are disappearing, leaving people more vulnerable to flooding and hurricanes and destroying wildlife habitat. Louisiana just kicked off an ambitious new project to build new wetlands — using the power of the river itself.
