David Kelly focuses on creating partnerships and building support with policymakers, businesses and key stakeholders in support of policies that expand market opportunities for clean energy and accelerate the deployment of renewable energy technologies. David also leads EDF’s efforts to promote responsible regulation of the oil and gas industry in North Carolina. His work is aimed at reducing the risks associated with modern oil and gas development through strong regulatory safeguards for public health and the environment. In addition to his work on energy policy, David also advocates for policy solutions to improve protections for clean air, clean water and wildlife.
