Overall Function
The NetSuite Administrator will provide management and support for EDF’s NetSuite platform, through implementation and into ongoing configuration and maintenance, and future enhancements. This position will reside in the Information Technology department, but will work closely with colleagues in Finance, Development, Human Resources as well as Program staff to support their use of NetSuite.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Management and configuration of record types, fields and values, form layouts
  • Report and dashboard creation and support
  • Collaborate with IT colleagues to maintain the NetSuite API endpoints and troubleshoot integrations with key systems (Salesforce, Workday, Concur)
  • Oversee role assignment and user management
  • Oversee release management, communicating changes and impacts to user community
  • Implement deployment, QA and change management procedures
  • Perform vendor relationship with NetSuite and consultants, and act as primary point of contact for NetSuite support issues
  • Maintain system documentation and training materials
  • Perform system and data audits, and work with Internal Audit team to implement controls and approval workflows
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience as NetSuite Administrator
  • Ability to work seamlessly across department lines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to adapt use of technical and accounting language to the audience
  • Strong understanding of nonprofit fundraising and accounting principles and best practices
  • Experience with managing NetSuite integrations with external systems, and familiarity with Salesforce, Workday and Concur platforms
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience with a global organization and multiple currencies
  • NetSuite Certified Administrator preferred
  • Experience migrating to NetSuite from legacy accounting systems preferred
