and universities through EDF's innovative Climate Corps program. EDF Climate Corps is summer fellowship program that places top tier MBA and MPA students in leading companies, cities and universities to develop practical, actionable energy efficiency plans aimed cutting costs and reducing
greenhouse gas emissions.
Sitar oversees the fellow recruitment process, manages
the Climate Corps network and builds relationships with leading companies to
help them save money and energy through efficiency.

Background
Prior to EDF, Sitar worked at Net Impact, a global membership organization for MBAs and professionals interested in careers in socially and environmentally responsible business. She brings a background in developing partnerships and guiding graduate students in the sustainability sector.
Early in her career, she worked as a project specialist for a medical device innovations start-up company. Sitar holds a B.A. in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley.
