Work
Sean Wright is a Senior Analyst for Environmental Defense Fund’s Corporate Partnerships Program. In this role, Sean works with the natural gas sector to engage corporate leaders to help ensure safe and clean development of domestic natural gas. Sean’s primary focus is mitigating methane emissions from the natural gas supply chain.
Background
Before joining EDF, Sean was an Associate Analyst in the Equity Research Department of Credit Suisse. Sean covered the energy and extractives industries, with a focus on coal, natural gas, steel and base metals commodities research. Prior to Credit Suisse, Sean was a Senior Associate in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Transaction Services group, providing M&A advisory services to a range of private equity and corporate clients. Sean has also done consulting work for a number of mining and energy-focused environmental non-profits in the US and internationally. Sean is a Certified Public Accountant.
