As a Senior Manager on the Climate Political Affairs team, Raisa Orleans works to engage lawmakers on Capitol Hill on federal methane policy as well as other issues related to clean air, climate and energy policy.
Background
Prior to joining EDF, Raisa worked on Capitol Hill for Congressman Henry Waxman on energy and environmental issues for 4 years before working at NextGen Climate for the 2014 campaign cycle.
