Rachel Neil

Work

At EDF, Rachel is focused on creating markets to finance energy efficiency and clean distributed generation projects. Currently she is working in California, Hawaii and other states to promote On-Bill Repayment (OBR) programs that enable third party capital financing.

Background

During her undergraduate studies in Mechanical Engineering, Rachel interned for two summers with the engineering consulting firm Questions & Solutions Engineering Inc. (QSE). At QSE Rachel engaged in energy efficiency analysis and helped provide retrofit recommendations for building owners.

Rachel received a B.S.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Princeton University, as well as a Certificate (Minor) in African-American Studies
