At EDF, Rachel is focused on creating markets to finance energy efficiency and clean distributed generation projects. Currently she is working in California, Hawaii and other states to promote On-Bill Repayment (OBR) programs that enable third party capital financing.
During her undergraduate studies in Mechanical Engineering, Rachel interned for two summers with the engineering consulting firm Questions & Solutions Engineering Inc. (QSE). At QSE Rachel engaged in energy efficiency analysis and helped provide retrofit recommendations for building owners.Education
Rachel received a B.S.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Princeton University, as well as a Certificate (Minor) in African-American Studies
