As Program Coordinator for EDF Climate Corps, Jonel is responsible for recruiting fellows and host organizations, managing summer fellowships, and leading key operational processes which include pre-fellowship preparations and the vetting of fellowship results.

EDF Climate Corps is an innovative summer fellowship program that places specially-trained MBA and MPA students in companies, cities and universities to build the business case for energy efficiency.

Background

Prior to joining EDF, Jonel co-facilitated the implementation of a Career and Technical Education program providing the San Francisco Bay Area with specialized training that prepares individuals for workforce opportunities in the solar photovoltaic and energy efficiency industries.
