Work
As EDF’s financial policy fellow, Jessica is focused on creating markets to finance energy-efficiency and renewable generation projects. She has been working on the organization’s On-Bill Repayment (OBR) program and, in particular, on efforts to implement the program in North Carolina and Ohio.
Background
Jessica has spent most of her career in finance, first as a trader for Goldman Sachs and more recently trading fixed income as a Vice President at Fortress Investment Group.
Education
Jessica received her MBA and MEM (Masters in Environmental Management) from Yale. During summers in graduate school, she interned at EDF and in Goldman Sachs’ Cleantech and Renewables Investment Banking group. Jessica has a BA in Mathematics modified with Economics, and minored in Biology at Dartmouth College.
