Elena works on the EDF Climate Corps program, which places top tier MBA and MPA  students in leading companies, cities and universities to build the business case for energy efficiency.

Elena manages fellow recruitment, interviewing, and matching with the EDF Climate Corps host organizations. She also assists with building the Climate Corps network and host company recruitment.

Background

Prior to EDF, Elena worked at Net Impact, a nonprofit organization which provides the tools and network for its members to use their careers to drive transformational change in their workplace. Her role was to build relationships with companies, organizations, universities, and government agencies and have them participate in the Net Impact Conference Expo, as well as supporting general conference preparations.
