Dan Mueller is EDF's Director, Natural Gas Exploration and Production with his efforts focused on reducing environmental impacts of natural gas upstream operations including well drilling and construction, hydraulic fracturing, surface infrastructure, and water and waste management.
Background
Dan is a registered professional engineer with over 30 years of experience in the environmental field with expertise in the areas of surface water and groundwater resource management; contaminant fate and transport; and forensic evaluation of contaminant source. His experience in the oil and gas arena includes water sourcing for well drilling and completion, flowback and produced water recycling and reuse, baseline water quality studies, and evaluation of potential water resource impacts (groundwater and surface water) resulting from well completion.
