Work
Greg leads EDF's Corporate Partnerships "Innovation Pipeline" to identify and develop groundbreaking environmental initiatives with leading U.S. companies.
He manages teams of researchers and works with companies to find "sweet spots" where new technologies or processes can transform industries and solve pressing environmental problems.
In addition, Greg manages partnerships with leading companies to validate innovations with combined business and environmental benefits.
- Developing our Green Portfolio partnership with Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR) to measure and improve the environmental performance of companies within KKR's U.S. portfolio
- Developing and leading our Green Dining partnership with Restaurant Associates to pioneer a set of cost effective and science-based best practices for the dining industry
- Advising EDF's annual Innovations Review team on leading corporate innovations with combined business and environmental benefits
- Analyzing the economic benefits of greenhouse gas legislation to energy intensive industries
Background
Prior to joining EDF, Greg worked on a range of environmental policy issues as Environmental Fellow to U.S. Senator Barbara Boxer (D-CA) and as Legislative Assistant with the Solar Energy Industries Association, a national renewable energy advocacy organization.
