Mary Kelly manages major projects protecting and restoring stream flows, riparian habitat and coastal deltas. She is widely-published on water policy issues, and has spoken at several events. She played a central role in developing a consensus with water suppliers on how to approach environmental flows in Texas, for which she won a Conservation Leadership Award from the Nature Conservancy of Texas.
