Fellow Training
Before the start of the fellowship, fellows will be flown out to the Climate Corps training hosted by EDF. This training is based on the Climate Corps Handbook and covers fundamental energy efficiency strategies for commercial office buildings.
Attendance to this training is not mandatory, but is highly recommended. The training gives fellows the opportunity to meet other summer fellows and EDF and Net Impact staff. Fellows will learn the basics of energy efficiency strategies, hear from guest speakers, attend a building tour and learn more about expected deliverables of the internship. Below is the agenda from the 2009 training.
