Timothy "Tim" O'Connor works on measures to implement the California State Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006.
His areas of expertise are:

Before joining Environmental Defense Fund, Tim was a Senior Air Quality Inspector for the Bay Area Air Quality Management District in San Francisco, regulating heavy industry sources such a refineries, power plants and chemical manufacturing facilities.
Tim has also served as a fellow with the Environmental Protection Agency in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, and Intern at the U.S. Department of Justice.
