Highlights of the Commuter Choice Program

Posted: 26-Aug-2002; Updated: 14-Sep-2005

Commuter Choice refers to both employer-provided commute tax benefits and other non-tax incentives (such as parking cashout, rideshare programs and flexible work hours) that seek to reduce road congestion and improve air quality. Commuter Choice is a "win-win-win" proposition benefiting employees, employers, and the environment. The Commuter Choice Resource Toolkit is designed to help you plan and implement a successful Commuter Choice public education initiative in your community and state.
